Return Policy

1. We have high quality control standard to make sure all the products we ship in perfect conditions , defective merchandises are subject to exchange within 7 days you have received your items.

2.Please note that the return authorization (RMA) must be requested within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery and that the shipping cost will only be refunded if the return is a result of our error.

3. Please read carefully the Terms & Conditions below to determine whether your return is eligible for a refund.

 

For Canceled Orders and Exchanged orders

MartofChina reserves the right to cancel, refund, or refuse any order. MartofChina shall not be held liable for errors or omissions in pricing.

All Canceled Orders must be written done in email. We do NOT accept cancellations on any Accessories. All other charges are non-refundable including Shipping, Insurance, and any transaction fees.

 

Canceling Orders (Before delivery)

 All orders canceled within 12  hours of purchase will be eligible for a full refund.

 All orders canceled after 12  hours will be eligible for a 25% partial refund.

 

Exchanging Orders  (Before delivery)

 

 All orders within 12  hours of purchase will be eligible for a free exchange.

 All orders after 12  hours will also be eligible for an exchange, but the customers should pay handling fee which is 2USD/pc

 

i)  We offer an exchange or refund you if an error was caused by MartOfChina, such as sending a wrong size or an item with defects.(The picture as a result of the photography condition, possibly has the chromatic aberration,if you are not sure about the colors especially of  the makeups plz contact us before you place the order)

 

ii) .If the returning package doesn't include all the accessories and parts it was shipped with, the cost of the accessories and parts will be deducted from the total product price and can only warrant a partial refund.


iii).If the customer chooses a wrong size/wrong color/wrong style by him/herself, the exchange or refund will also be offered. But the customer should pay for the shipping fees forth and back.

PS: Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.  The refund will deduct the shipping fees.And for customer-made items,certain amount of  handle fee should be deducted for the refund.


iv). All exchanges and returns must be addressed within 7 days since the items received by the customers.  All items must be in the original, unworn condition. Otherwise we don’t offer an exchange or return. 


v). We reserve the right to refuse any return that has not been authorized or has been refused by recipients.

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS
RETURNING STEPS:
 
All returns must be requested by e-mail no later than 5 calendar days after receiving the product. The product must be sent back to us within 10 days from the date of delivery.
 
RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
 
a. Contact our Customer Care department writing an e-mail to service@MartOfChina.com to request authorization prior to return.
 
b. You will be given a Return Authorization Number which must accompany the item(s) being returned and all the instructions to quickly return the item.
 
c. All returned products must be packaged appropriately and must include the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.
 
d.We reserve the right to refuse any return that has not been authorized or has been refused by recipients.
 
RULES ABOUT GOOD CONDITION:
 
a. Your purchase is shipped brand new. Items that you return to us must be in the same new condition as they were received. All returned items must be in their original state and deemed to be in unworn condition before they can be accepted for a total refund. The item must be returned in new and unused condition, in the manufacturer boxes and with all paperworks (this includes warranties and authenticity cards), parts and accessories (including dust bags) to insure full credit. NOTHING SHOULD BE TAPED ON THE BOX. The items must be packaged in an appropriate way to prevent any damage.Do not simply tape up your shoe box and put an address on it. This will destroy the box and thus will not be accepted back by the factory. Your return of merchandise will not be accepted if it is not to be sent back in the proper new condition. Returns not accepted will be disposed of or shipped back to you at your cost
 
b. in any way to receive a return. We are not responsible for what could happen to the returned items during shipment back: if we receive them damaged we can't accept the return.
 
4. When can I expect credit?
 
Refunds are processed after checking returned items integrity and within 30 days from receiving back the item. Normally credits may take up to 10 days to appear on the statement of your credit card; that depends on the type of credit card you used or on your bank. In some rare cases (if your credit card was not refundable), the refund could delivered via Credit Card"send money".
